Write it rough, it comes out as a polished announcement.

An announcement typed quickly in chat shows: three messy lines, two typos, no layout, and nobody reads it. With AI publications, your staff types their command, writes the text as it comes, and the bot posts it with a banner in your server’s colors, a title and clean sections. The module is free, only the smart mode (AI) needs a subscription.

How it works

  1. Pick a template

    8 free templates, previewed as on Discord. You can also start from scratch and build your own layout.

  2. Set up the command

    Its name (for example /annonce), the channel it posts in, the role to ping. Confirm, then save at the bottom of the module.

  3. Your staff types the command

    In Discord chat, with their text after it. Reserved for members with the Manage Server permission.

  4. It lands in the channel

    Banner in your server’s colors, title, sections, and the role pinged right before. Only you see the bot’s confirmation.

Settings

Template
8 ready-made templates: Announcement, Changelog (what’s new), Event, Results, Recruiting, Challenge, Partners, Recap. Or start from scratch.
Preview as
View templates as Embed or Components V2. The template you pick starts in the version shown.
Command name
What your staff types, for example /annonce. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. A name Ultiz already uses is rejected.
Description
The short line Discord shows next to the command when people search for it.
Posting channel
A fixed channel, or the channel where the command is typed.
Role to ping
The role mentioned right before the publication. Default: nobody.
Embed style
Embed (clean) or Components V2 (modern). Every template exists in both, with the same boxes.
Smart mode
On: a single box, you write freely and the AI organizes (1 credit, subscription required). Off: one box per piece of info, and it’s free.
What the command asks for
The list of the template’s boxes (title, content, date...). It updates on its own. If you start from scratch, this is where you build your layout.

What your members see

  • /annonce

    The name you chose for your command. Your staff types it in chat. Reserved for members with the Manage Server permission.

  • The content box

    In smart mode: paste your rough text, up to 6000 characters. The AI does the rest.

  • One box per piece of info

    In manual mode: the command asks for the title, the content, the date... each in its own box.

Good to know

  • Commands only reach Discord after you click Save at the bottom of the module. Your list rules: a command removed here also disappears from Discord.

  • Smart mode uses the server owner’s credits. Not enough credits: nothing is posted, and nothing is charged.

  • A box left empty removes its section: no lone title, no empty block. And if the date is left empty, the bot uses today’s date.
