AI credits

What each AI action costs, and what your subscription includes.

Every AI request costs real money. Instead of a vague flat fee, Ultiz counts in credits: every action has a price, you see it upfront, and you know where your credits went. For reference: 1,000 credits cost €9.99, so one credit is worth about one cent.

What it’s for

A price you know upfront

A complete server costs 300 credits, always the same price. If the build fails, your credits are refunded.

Your credits do not vanish

Credits bought in packs are never lost. Unused subscription credits are normally lost at each renewal, but that rule is suspended for now: they add up as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel, they are lost.

You see where they go

A counter in the chat, a day-by-day chart, and the details of every transaction in your account.

How it works

  1. Start on Free

    The free plan gives you the templates and the free modules, which cost no credits. AI is not included: a free account has no credits.

  2. Pick a subscription

    Starter at €4.99 a month (500 credits), Premium at €9.99 (1,000 credits) or Pro at €19.99 (2,000 credits). Starter: all of Ultiz’s AI, except ticket AI and the community manager. Premium: everything in Starter, plus the AI that answers in your tickets. Pro: everything in Premium, plus the AI community manager (coming soon).

  3. Each AI action uses credits

    A complete server: 300 credits. A change applied by the assistant (a module, a published message, a redone channel): 12 credits. The Studio shows its total above the button, and the assistant writes its price under its reply.

  4. Top up when you run low

    From My account, a credit pack in one click. These credits are added to your balance and never expire.

Settings

Dashboard counter
At the top of the page, next to your avatar, it shows your balance. Click it for monthly credits, purchased credits, refill date and latest transactions.
Chat counter
At the bottom of the assistant panel: your monthly bar, spending by type, your reserve, and a button to top up without leaving the conversation.
Your plan
The badge next to your username, on My account: Free, Starter, Premium or Pro. It tells you whether AI is unlocked.
Current balance
What you have left, with the Top up button right next to it.
Used this month
A bar showing how much of your monthly allowance you have used, with a breakdown by action below.
Top up credits
Three packs: 1,000 credits for €9.99, 3,000 for €24.99, 7,000 for €49.99. One-click purchase. Without a subscription, clicking a pack takes you to the plans first.
Your subscription
The plans side by side (Free, Starter, Premium and Pro), with what each includes and a button to choose. Once subscribed, this is where you switch plans: upgrades apply immediately, prorated; downgrades apply at your next billing date.
Billing
The Open portal button: your invoices, your card and cancelling your subscription.
Credit history
Your latest transactions, newest first. The Charts and full history link opens the Credits and activity page.
Credits and activity page
At the top: the period (30 days, 90 days or 1 year), the Export CSV button, then four numbers: your balance, your spending, your daily average and the estimated runway, the days you have left at this pace.
Daily usage
A bar chart. Hover over a bar to see what you spent that day.
What costs you what
Each action’s share of your spending, as a percentage.
Full history
All your transactions, page by page: the date, the action, the server involved and the amount.

Good to know

  • An action draws on your monthly credits first, and only then on your packs. Credits bought in packs stay until you spend them.

  • Two free modules have an AI part that spends credits on its own, even when you are away: the FAQ’s AI answers, for every question asked on your server, and Publications, where every text is written by AI.

  • Credits only pay for AI, and AI is for subscribers. So a free account cannot buy packs: subscribe first, and you already get 500, 1,000 or 2,000 credits a month depending on your plan.
