Invite tracker

See who brings people in, and reward them automatically.

Your server is growing, but you don’t know who to thank. Members who bring their friends do the real work, and nobody ever notices. The invite tracker counts every arrival, shows who brought them in, and gives a role to the people who bring the most.

What it looks like in your server.

What it’s for

01

Know who brings people in

With every arrival, the bot announces the new member and who invited them.

02

Roles land on their own

Set a milestone, like 5 invites. As soon as a member reaches it, they get the role.

03

A leaderboard in one command

The top 10 people who bring in the most members, shown on demand in the channel.

How it works

  1. Turn on the module

In your dashboard, open the invite tracker.

  2. Pick the arrivals channel

Where the bot says who just joined and who invited them. You can also pick none.

  3. Add your rewards

A number of invites, a role. As many as you like, or none.

  4. Save, the bot counts

When someone joins, Ultiz finds the link they used and updates the count. Nothing left for you to do.

Settings

Arrivals channel
Where the bot announces each arrival with the name of the inviter. Choose None and counting continues, just without a message.
Rewards
The Add button creates a line: a number of invites, then a role. The red cross deletes the line.
Number of invites
The milestone to reach, 1 minimum. Lines sort themselves from smallest to largest.
Reward role
The role given automatically when the milestone is reached. Once given, it stays: it isn’t taken back if the count goes down.

What your members see

  • /invites me

The member sees how many people they’ve brought in.

  • /invites top

The top 10 leaderboard. Only members with at least one invite appear.

  • /invites reset

Resets a member’s count to zero. Only for people with the Manage Server permission.

Good to know

  • The bot needs the Manage Server permission to read invite links. Without it, it can’t count anyone.

  • When the bot can’t tell who invited someone (server vanity link or expired link), it writes Unknown invite in the arrivals channel.

  • If an invited member leaves the server, the invite no longer counts: the inviter’s count drops by 1.
