Backups
A full copy of your server, restored in one click.
Discord has no undo button. A channel deleted by mistake, a role wiped, broken permissions: you rebuild everything by hand and always forget something. This module saves your entire server (categories, channels, roles, permissions, module settings) and puts it back whenever you want.

What it’s for
Everything comes back
Pick a backup, confirm, and your server gets its structure back. Nothing to redo by hand.
It runs without you
Turn on automatic backups once. Ultiz takes a new copy every X days.
Safe before big changes
When you ask Ultiz to rebuild your server from scratch, a backup is created automatically right before.
How it works
Create your first backup
One button, a few seconds. It shows up in the list with its date and size.
Turn on automatic backups
Choose how many days apart, and Ultiz takes it from there.
Keep a copy at home
The Download button gives you the backup as a file, on your computer.
When something breaks, restore
Click Restore next to the backup you want. Channels, roles, permissions and module settings come back.
Settings
- Create a backup
- The top button. It saves your server as it is right now: categories, channels, roles, who can see what, and your module settings.
- Your backups
- The list, newest to oldest, with each one’s date and size.
- Restore
- Recreates what’s missing from the chosen backup: the roles, categories and channels it contains, with their permissions. Your module settings are restored too. A confirmation shows first.
- Download
- Saves the backup as a file on your computer, so you keep a copy outside Ultiz.
- Delete
- In the three-dot menu, on the right of the row. It’s permanent.
- Automatic backup
- A switch. Once on, Ultiz creates backups on its own, without you thinking about it.
- Every how many days
- The number of days between two automatic backups. From 1 to 30 days, 7 by default.
Good to know
Ultiz keeps the 10 most recent backups. When you create an 11th, the oldest one disappears.
Restoring adds, it doesn’t delete: it recreates what’s missing and restores your settings, without touching channels and roles created since.
Messages aren’t saved. A backup keeps your server’s structure (channels, roles, permissions, settings), not the conversations.
