Spam, insults and unwanted links are gone before you even see them.

As soon as a server grows, it attracts ads for other servers, insults and message floods. You can’t clean up by hand all day, and nobody is watching at night. Moderation reads every message the second it’s posted and applies your rules on its own.

How it works

Turn on the rules
8 rules, one switch each. Only turn on the ones your server needs.
Decide what happens
For each active rule, choose what the bot does when it catches a message.
Shield your staff
In the Immunities tab, add the roles and channels auto-moderation should leave alone.
The bot gets to work
The message is gone in under a second and a line is written to your log channel.

Settings

Anti-spam: Catches one person sending too many messages in a row. Set how many messages are allowed in 5 seconds, from 3 to 20.
Banned words: Your word list, one per line. Any message containing one is caught, whatever the capitalization.
Discord invites: Blocks invite links to other servers.
External links: Blocks all links, not just Discord ones.
Excessive caps: Above this percentage of CAPITAL LETTERS, the message is caught. Adjustable from 50 to 100. Very short messages don’t count.
Excessive emojis: How many emojis a message may contain, from 3 to 50.
Excessive mentions: How many people or roles a message may mention, from 2 to 20.
Zalgo text: Catches distorted text whose characters spill over the lines above.
The action, for each rule: Delete, Delete + Warn (the bot replies in the channel), Delete + Mute, Delete + Kick, or Delete + Ban.
Log channel: The channel where the bot records what it deleted: the reason, the member’s name and the action taken.
Immune roles: Roles auto-moderation never touches. Usually your staff.
Ignored channels: Channels where no rule applies.
Ignore bots: Messages from other bots aren’t moderated. On by default.

What your members see

/slowmode
Sets a delay between messages in the channel. 0 removes it. Reserved for people who manage channels.
/lock
Locks the channel: nobody can write. You can add a reason, shown in the channel.
/unlock
Reopens a locked channel.
/nick
Changes a member’s nickname on the server. Leave it empty to restore their original name.

Good to know

Banned words are matched inside other words: blocking “ass” also blocks “class”. Pick whole, precise words.
Without a log channel, the bot deletes silently and you’ll never know what it removed. Pick one right away.
The automatic mute always lasts 5 minutes. For a longer penalty, use kick or ban.
