Group activities
Members set up their own outings, right up to a voice channel when the group is ready.
“Anyone up for a dungeon tonight?” Ten replies in chat, nobody knows who’s in, and the group never leaves. Here, a member starts an outing from a button pinned in a forum: the name, the date, the positions they need. Their post becomes a thread where everyone clicks their position, and once the group is full, a private voice channel opens for it.

What it’s for
Everyone takes a spot
One tank, two DPS, one healer: the positions are there, you click yours. Full? Wait your turn and move up automatically when a spot opens.
Voice channel on autopilot
A private voice channel sized for the group, as soon as it’s full. It disappears afterwards.
Know who you can count on
A reminder before the start, reputation ratings after: no-shows get noticed.
How it works
Pick the forum
A forum on your server, or a new one. The bot pins a post there with a single button.
Write your community’s positions
Your game’s classes, your sport’s positions, your team’s roles. Without them, members would have to make everything up each time.
A member organizes
They click, answer a few questions (name, place, requirements), and their activity appears with its spots.

- Reminder
- How many minutes before the start, in the thread or by DM.
- Required time
- Must an activity have an exact time, or is “this weekend” enough?
- Free choice of position
- Everyone picks their own position, or staff build the groups themselves.
- No-shows
- Who sees the count of sign-ups who didn’t show up: the whole group, the organizer only, or nobody.
- Horizon and lifetime
- How many days ahead an outing can be posted, and after how many hours an activity with no set time is removed.

Good to know
Here, a member puts together their own small group. For the server’s official event, announced by staff with attendance and reminders, use Events.
An activity can repeat every week without being recreated.
If you turn on manual approval, the organizer approves each sign-up themselves.
