Roster
Your community’s board, kept by the bot in a channel, always up to date.
The guild roster, the character directory, the loan register, customer reviews: it all lives in a Google Doc that three people can edit and nobody updates. Here, the board is a bot message in a channel. Everyone fills in their own profile from Discord, staff edit in two clicks, and a form can add its accepted applications automatically.

What it’s for
No more side document
The board lives in your server, readable by everyone, editable by the people you choose.
Columns that make sense
Text, numbers that sort and show an average, and ready-made choices with their own colors.
Groups at a glance
A second view sorts profiles by team, side by side. A group turns green when it’s full.
How it works
Create a sheet
A name, an emoji, a channel. The first field is the profile title: the username, the name.
Choose the columns
Keep them few, and only the ones people will actually check: each column takes space from the others. A field can be staff-only.
Everyone fills it in
Members add their profile from the button, or only staff if you prefer. The board redraws itself with every change.
Settings
- Sheets
- As many as you want, each in its own channel with its own columns.
- Fields
- Text, number or choice. Choice options can carry a color that speaks without reading: a healthy state, a warning state.
- Who adds a profile
- Members themselves, or staff only.
- Sorting
- The field the board sorts itself by. It’s what turns a list into a ranking.
- Profiles per page
- From 5 to 40. Fewer when columns are wide, more for short usernames.
- Groups
- A view per team: the field that says who’s on which team, the info shown per group and the size of a full group.
What your members see
Add my profileThe button under the board. A short form, and the profile appears.
EditMembers fix their own profile, staff can fix any of them.
Next page, group viewThe buttons to page through, and to switch from the list to the teams.
Good to know
The board is an image whose size Discord limits: short answers work better than long ones, they leave room for the username.
An application form can automatically add its accepted applicants to a sheet.
To count matches and move members up and down, use Leaderboards. Roster is a directory.
