Linked accounts
One button and members share their Steam, Riot or Twitch with your server.
To invite someone to a match, you need their in-game name. To spot a banned user coming back, you’d need their account. Discord already knows these accounts, linked to every member’s profile. This module adds a button asking members to share them: your staff sees their usernames, a verified account earns a role, and an account already linked by someone else gets flagged.

What it’s for
Gamer tags without asking
Steam, Battle.net, Riot, Xbox, PlayStation, Twitch, YouTube, GitHub and more. The member clicks, accepts, and it’s shared.
A role for verified accounts
An account verified by Discord (the badge on the profile) can earn a role, removed automatically if the member unlinks it.
Duplicates reach your staff
An account already linked by another member, like a banned user back under a new name, is flagged in a private channel.
How it works
Pick the public channel
Where the button lives, often near the welcome or rules. The panel’s title and text are yours to write.
Pick the platforms that matter
A WoW guild keeps Battle.net, a Valorant team keeps Riot, a streamer keeps Twitch and YouTube. Leave it empty and everything counts.
The member links up
They click, Discord shows them their accounts, they agree to share. Their role arrives if they qualify.
Settings
- Channel and panel
- The public channel for the button, plus the panel’s title and line of text.
- Platforms
- The ones that matter on your server. The others are ignored.
- Verified account role
- A separate role, never your verification role or the one that opens the server: it’s removed when the member unlinks their account.
- Require a verified account
- Checked, only an account verified by Discord earns the role. Unchecked, any linked account is enough.
- Alert channel
- The private staff channel where duplicates are flagged. Left empty, it’s the first channel in your staff category.
What your members see
Link my accountThe panel button. Members see their Discord connections and choose to share them.
Good to know
Members only share what they agree to share: Discord shows them the sharing screen, not the bot.
This module also powers Discord’s native Linked Roles.
The duplicate alert names the external account and both members: it’s only ever sent to a channel closed to the public.
