The FAQ posts a message with answers to the most asked questions, plus a button for everything else: the AI replies privately within seconds. Every new question is saved, and you add the good ones to the top list in one click. The module is free, AI answers need a subscription.

What it’s for
Answers right away
Members get their answer within seconds, at 3 a.m. or at noon, without bothering anyone.
It fills itself up
Every question asked is saved and sorted by how often it comes up. Keep the good ones in one click.
The bot makes nothing up
It only answers with what you wrote. Otherwise it says it doesn’t know and points to a ticket.
How it works
Pick the channel
Where the FAQ will live: faq, help or questions, whatever you like.
Describe your server
Prices, event times, links, special rules. You can leave it empty: the bot already knows your channels and roles.
Deploy
Ultiz posts the message with its banner, the top questions and the button. It also removes its old messages from the channel.
Sort what members ask
Their questions show up in your dashboard, sorted by frequency. Add the best ones to the top list, ignore the rest.
Settings
- FAQ channel
- The channel where the FAQ message is posted.
- Server info
- Everything that helps the bot answer correctly: prices, schedules, links, special rules. It’s the bot’s only source, along with the top questions. A button right below saves it.
- Top questions
- Your questions and their answers. The first 8 appear in the message. You can leave it empty: the FAQ will fill itself up.
- Import a list
- To add several at once: one line per question, formatted Question | Answer. You can also upload a .txt or .csv file.
- Member questions
- What members have asked, with how many times. Two buttons per question: add it to the top list, or ignore it.
What your members see
Ask a questionThe message button. A small window opens, the member types their question (200 characters max) and the answer arrives privately, in 2 or 3 sentences. Nobody else sees it.

Good to know
The FAQ module is free. Answers written by the AI need a subscription and use your credits. A question already known costs nothing: the bot reuses the saved answer, even if the question is worded differently.
The more server info you fill in, the more accurate the bot gets. If the info isn’t written anywhere, it doesn’t guess: it says it doesn’t know and points to a ticket.
A member can’t ask more than 4 questions in 5 minutes, and questions that are too short or make no sense get a canned reply. Nobody can drain your credits for fun.
