An idea box: members vote, your team decides.
Your members’ best ideas pop up anywhere: in general chat, in DMs, in the middle of a conversation. They scroll away, nobody sees them again, and the member thinks you don’t care. Suggestions gives them one place: the member writes, the bot cleans up the idea, everyone votes, your team responds.

What it’s for
Everything in one place
One idea per message, in a single channel. Nothing gets lost in conversations anymore.
See what people like
Thumbs up and thumbs down are added automatically under every idea. The count is visible to all.
A clear answer
Approved turns green. Declined turns red. With the name of whoever made the call.
How it works
Pick the channel
Where members drop their ideas. Every message written there becomes a suggestion.
Choose who decides
Add your team’s roles. Members who can manage the server are allowed by default.
The member writes their idea
The bot deletes the raw message and reposts it as a polished message, in your server’s color, with both votes.
Your team approves or declines
One click on the button. The suggestion changes color and shows who made the decision.
Settings
- Suggestions channel
- Where members write their ideas. Without it, the module does nothing. The list doesn’t offer forums or voice channels.
- Anonymous suggestions
- The author’s username and avatar don’t appear on the published suggestion.
- A thread per suggestion
- A discussion thread opens under every idea, to debate it without cluttering the channel.
- Who can approve
- The roles allowed to approve or decline. Members who can manage the server can too, even without an added role.

Good to know
Pick a channel just for ideas: here, every message is deleted and reposted as a suggestion. Never use a chat channel.
It works in a regular text channel, not in a forum. That’s why the dashboard list doesn’t offer forums or voice channels.
Once a suggestion is approved or declined, both buttons disappear: the decision is made. The votes stay visible.
