Auto-replies
A keyword triggers a reply. You answer once, the bot answers forever.
The same questions come back every day: where are the rules, what’s the link, how do I join. You type the same thing ten times a week, and at night nobody answers. Here, you write the answer once, and the bot posts it on its own as soon as a member writes the keyword.

What it’s for
Answers even at night
The bot never sleeps. The reply goes out in a second, at 3 a.m. as at noon.
You pick the trigger
The exact word, a word anywhere in the sentence, or just the start. Case-sensitive or not.
From plain text to a full panel
A sentence, a colored box, or a rich message with images and buttons.
How it works
Create your first reply
In the module, click New auto-reply. A reply is a keyword and a message.
Set the keyword
The word or phrase the bot watches for. Say whether the message must contain it, match it exactly, or start with it.
Write what the bot replies
Plain text, colored box or rich message. A preview at the top spells out the rule before you save.
Save, and it’s live
The bot watches for the keyword in the chosen channels within seconds.
Settings
- Module switch
- At the very top of the page. Off, no auto-reply goes out anymore.
- Your reply list
- Each row has its own switch, a button to duplicate it and one to delete it. Click it to edit.
- Trigger type
- Contains (the word is somewhere in the message), Exactly (nothing more, nothing less), Starts with, or Regex for experts.
- Ignore case
- Hello, HELLO and hello trigger the same reply.
- Keyword / phrase
- The word or phrase the bot watches for in messages.
- Reply format
- Plain text, Embed (title, text, color, footer) or Components V2, the rich message with images, separators and buttons.
- Variables
- Tags to drop into your reply: the member’s mention, their name, the server name, the channel name. The bot fills them in when it writes.
- Reply to the message
- The bot replies by quoting the member’s message, instead of posting a separate one.
- Channels
- Limit the reply to certain channels. If you choose none, it works everywhere.
- Cooldown
- The number of seconds before this reply can fire again. 0 = no limit. It keeps the bot from repeating itself in a loop.
- Delete the trigger message
- The bot deletes the member’s message after replying. Handy for banned words.
Good to know
Saving a reply takes you back to the list, but nothing is stored yet: remember the save button at the bottom of the module page.
Replies are checked in list order and only the first match is sent. Put the most specific keywords at the top.
The cooldown applies to the whole server, not per member: while it runs, the reply won’t fire for anyone.
