Schedule
Your week on display in a channel, in every reader’s own time zone.
Tuesday’s stream, Thursday’s practice, Sunday’s raid: it all sits in a pinned message nobody can find, and half your community gets the time zone wrong. Here, your schedule becomes a panel: a heading per day, its slots underneath, and every time shown in the reader’s own time zone. One button for next week, and that’s it.

What it’s for
No more time zone mix-ups
Every time is a real Discord timestamp. Paris reads 21:00, Montreal reads 15:00, no math needed.
One change doesn’t break the week
Move a slot just once, or cancel a single week, without touching the rest.
What’s on now stands out
The current slot is highlighted, and a reminder can go out just before or right on time.
How it works
Pick the channel and title
The schedule channel, a short title (“When I’m live”, “Raid schedule”) and its tagline.
Write your slots
A title, the days, the time in your time zone. The bot converts it for every reader.
Your members read it
The panel shows the week. Three buttons to go forward, back, or return to today.
Settings
- Channel and panel
- The text channel, the short title and the panel tagline.
- Slots
- A title, one or more days, a time. Each slot can be moved or canceled for a single week.
- Day badge
- To the right of each day: the date number, the day name, or nothing for a dense schedule.
- Who manages it
- The roles that can add and remove slots, in addition to staff.
What your members see
Next week, previous week, todayThe three buttons under the panel.
Good to know
The schedule shows what’s planned, it never asks who’s coming. For sign-ups, use Events.
For a one-off outing a member organizes, use Group activities. For a channel that opens and closes, use Opening hours.
