An AI that answers your members is only as good as what it knows. Without a knowledge base, it only knows what it sees on Discord: your channels, roles and modules. This is where you give it the rest: your rules, your prices, how you do things. Write, upload a file or paste a web page, test it, and it knows.

What it’s for
One place for all your AI tools
Ticket assistance, the FAQ and the assistant all read the same base. Write it once, and everyone is up to date.
Your documents as they are
A PDF, a text file, an HTML page: upload it and the text is kept. No need to retype anything.
See its answer before your members do
The Test button asks your AI a question and shows you its answer, with the documents it used (from the Premium plan).
How it works
Add content
Three ways: write a text, upload a file (PDF, text, markdown, HTML) or paste the address of a web page for the bot to read.
Test it
Type a question the way a member would. You see the answer and the documents used, through the same pipeline as tickets (from the Premium plan).
Improve it
Every time the AI could not answer in a ticket, the question shows up here. Answer it in one sentence, and next time it will know.
Settings
- Documents
- A title and a text, up to 40,000 characters each and 80,000 in total. Edit or delete them whenever you like.
- Web pages
- A public address. The bot reads the page, keeps its text and rereads it every week to stay up to date.
- Unanswered questions
- The list of what your members asked that the AI could not answer. One click, one sentence, done.
- Automatic summary
- The bot describes your server itself (channels, roles, who sees what) and refreshes that summary every day. Nothing to write.
Good to know
The automatic summary leaves out private channels and tickets: the AI never talks about what not everyone can see.
The Test button answers like your ticket AI: it comes with the same plans and uses credits like a ticket reply.
Export a Word or Google Docs document to PDF first. A password-protected web page cannot be read.
