Tickets
One button to ask for help, a private channel with your team.
Without tickets, requests show up in DMs and three different channels, then get lost. Nobody knows who’s handling what, or whether it’s solved. Tickets brings order: a panel with a button, a private channel per request, and a record once it’s done. The module is included, and AI assistance can answer first starting with the Premium plan.

What it’s for
Nothing gets lost
Every request gets its own channel. It stays open until someone closes it.
Your team knows who’s on it
A staff member claims the ticket and their name shows up. No more double work.
You keep a record
When a ticket closes, the full conversation is saved to a staff-only channel.
How it works
Post the panel
Choose the channel, title and text. Ultiz adds your server’s banner and the button.
The member clicks
A private channel opens, visible only to them and your team. You can ask them a few questions first, with a short form.
Your team replies, then closes
The Close button wraps up the ticket, saves the conversation and lets the member know by DM.
Settings
- Panel buttons
- One button per request type (help, report, partnership). Each has its own name, emoji and color, and can open in a different category.
- Who can click
- A button can be restricted to certain roles. Other members can’t use it.
- Opening form
- Up to 5 questions asked before the channel opens. Answers show up at the top of the ticket.
- Staff roles
- The roles that can see tickets and reply in them.
- Channel names
- For example ticket-1, ticket-2 or ticket-username. You choose the format.
- Open tickets at once
- How many tickets a single member can have open. Prevents duplicates.
- Members can close
- Choose whether members can close their own ticket.
- Auto-close
- A ticket with no reply for the number of hours you set closes on its own.
- DM on close
- The member gets a message when their ticket is closed.
- Transcript channel
- The channel where the full conversation is saved after closing.
- AI assistance (from the Premium plan)
- It answers first in tickets from the buttons you check, with your Knowledge base, modules and events at hand. It claims the ticket without bothering the member, closes a solved ticket if you allow it, gives a role from your list, and only calls your team as a last resort. Available starting with the Premium plan.
- Wait-time watch
- A member waiting too long? Your team is alerted in the ticket, by DM and by email, with reminders. On by default.
What your members see
Open a ticketThe panel button. The member is the one who clicks.
ClaimA staff member takes the ticket. Their name appears on the button, and the AI goes quiet.
CloseWraps up the ticket, saves the conversation and notifies the member.
TranscriptRetrieves the ticket’s full conversation. Staff only.
This helped / I want a humanThe two buttons under the AI’s first reply. The second one calls your team right away.
Good to know
The panel is a real bot message: edit it anytime from the dashboard and it updates itself. If you delete it by hand on Discord, post it again from the dashboard: the buttons only work on the message posted by Ultiz.
A closed ticket isn’t deleted right away. You can reopen it as long as it’s there.
The AI goes quiet as soon as someone from your team writes in the ticket, and it only closes a ticket after replying.
The AI never gives a role that manages anything, whatever your list says.
