What it’s for

How it works

1. Add an announcement

   The Add an announcement button creates an empty card. One card, one announcement.

2. Pick the channel and write

   The channel where it will be posted, then the text, exactly as you’d write it yourself.

3. Say when

   Once, at a precise date and time. Or on repeat, every X hours or every X days.

4. That’s it

   Nothing to save, everything is stored automatically. The bot checks the time every minute and posts at the right moment.

Settings

Module switch

At the very top of the page. Module off, nothing is posted, not even announcements that are ready.

Add an announcement

Each announcement is its own card. Create as many as you want.

Channel to post in

The list shows your server’s text channels and announcement channels.

Message to send

Plain text, as if you were writing it yourself. Beyond 2000 characters, the end is cut off.

When to send

2 choices: Once, or Recurring. The bottom of the card adapts to your choice.

Send date and time

In Once mode: the day and time, in your own time zone (your computer’s).

Send every X

In Recurring mode: a number, then hours or days. For example, every 3 days.

Trash can

Top right of the card. It deletes the announcement immediately, without asking for confirmation.

Good to know

• The bot checks the time every minute: your announcement may go out up to a minute late, that’s normal.

• A Once announcement disappears from the list after it’s sent, by design. Careful: if the channel or the text is missing, it still disappears at the scheduled time, without posting anything.

• In Recurring mode, the countdown restarts as soon as you change the interval: the first send happens one interval later. You don’t choose the start time.
