Warnings
Every warning is kept. At the threshold you set, the penalty lands on its own.
A member crosses the line. One moderator calls it out, another doesn’t know it was already the third time, and nothing happens. This module keeps count: every warning is logged with its reason, and when the total reaches the threshold you set, the bot applies the penalty itself.

What it’s for
Nothing gets forgotten
Every warning keeps its date, its reason and the name of the moderator who gave it.
Penalties apply themselves
Write the rule once. When the threshold is reached, the bot mutes, kicks or bans with no one stepping in.
Same rule for everyone
It’s no longer the moderator’s mood that decides, it’s the counter. Nobody can cry favoritism.
How it works
Pick the sanctions channel
The bot posts every warning and every automatic penalty there. Your team sees it all in one place.
Build your ladder
For example: from 3 warnings, mute for 60 minutes. From 5, kick. As many steps as you like.
Your team warns
A moderator types /warn, picks the member and writes the reason. The warning counts instantly.
The bot enforces
As soon as the total hits a step, the penalty applies and the bot announces it in the channel where the command was used.
Settings
- Sanctions channel
- The channel where the bot posts every warning and every automatic penalty. You can leave it empty: warnings are still counted, they just aren’t posted anywhere.
- Notify the member by DM
- The warned member gets a direct message with your server’s name and the reason.
- Automatic ladder
- Your list of steps. While it’s empty, warnings are recorded and nothing triggers.
- From X warnings
- The number of warnings that triggers the step.
- Action
- What the bot does at that step: mute, kick or ban.
- Duration
- Only for mutes: how many minutes the silence lasts. 60 minutes by default.
What your members see
/warnWarns a member, with an optional reason. Reserved for your moderation team.
/warnsShows a member’s warnings: the last 10, with date and reason.
/unwarnRemoves a member’s latest warning. Reserved for your moderation team.
/clearwarnsResets the counter: none of the member’s warnings count anymore. Reserved for your moderation team.
Good to know
Removing a warning lowers the total, so the ladder steps back too. It’s the right move after a moderation mistake.
Once past a step, every new warning replays that penalty until a higher step is reached. Space your steps out.
If the member has already left your server, the bot can’t mute or kick them. Banning still works.
