Leaderboards
Members report their matches, the opponent confirms, the board updates itself.
A hand-kept leaderboard means a spreadsheet nobody updates, scores argued over in voice and a podium announced three weeks late. Here, a member reports a result in three clicks, the opponent confirms with one button, and the bot counts the points, runs the season and announces the podium when it closes.

What it’s for
No more spreadsheets
The board lives in a channel, always up to date, with arrows showing who’s climbing and who’s slipping this week.
No cheating
A result only counts once the opponent confirms it. With no reply, the bot validates it after the delay you set.
Seasons that close themselves
Weekly, monthly or quarterly: the podium is announced, points reset, and the all-time leaderboard stays alongside.
How it works
Pick the channel and the wording
The leaderboard channel, the panel title and its tagline, in your community’s own words.
Set the scoring
What a win, a draw, a loss and a forfeit are worth. By default 3, 2, 1 and 0, so even a reported loss earns something.
Your members play
A member reports “I beat Sarah 6-4 6-2”, Sarah gets Confirm or Dispute in the channel, and the board updates.
Settings
- Channel and panel
- The text channel holding the pinned board, its title and its tagline.
- Scoring
- Points for a win, a draw, a loss and a forfeit, from 0 to 100 each.
- Who reports
- Members (the opponent confirms) or staff only (the result applies right away). Staff only suits a hand-scored challenge or a refereed tournament.
- Confirmation delay
- How many hours before an unanswered result is validated automatically, up to 336. Set to 0, everything applies immediately.
- Season length
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or open-ended (you close it yourself). The all-time leaderboard never resets.
- Season name
- “Autumn ladder”, “Season 1”... Left empty, the period is shown instead.
- Top of the board
- How many rows the panel shows, and how many places get the podium role when the season closes.
- Decay
- If you turn it on, a member who stops playing loses a percentage of their points each week.
What your members see
Report a resultThe panel button. The member picks their opponent and the score.
Confirm or DisputeThe two buttons the opponent receives. A dispute goes to the staff.
All-time leaderboardA button to see the board since day one, next to the current season.
Good to know
Staff stay in control: a log shows them every result, and they can correct whatever needs fixing.
To rank activity (who chats the most), use Levels & XP. For a list of profiles, use Roster. This module counts matches.
If you leave the option open, members can hide themselves from the public board.
